Lessons of entrepreneurship from a Naga Tribal Woman

Annalia in 2010's

When I started back in 2010's after returning from my degree in the UK, I had to do something that is closer to my heart, and closer to my ever growing understanding and love for fashion, design, art. After my return, I saw so much that can be done in India and the distinct yet changing fashion of North East India.

Now so many years down the line, I understand what all went well and difficult while I was going through a process of learning and unlearning the ways of the world and in the business of fashion and beauty. From managing procurement to managing finances, to managing customer issues, the ropes of a small localised business were daunting and eye opening.

There we some good and bad lessons learnt, some are given below for the women out there who are longing for their own ideas to be explored.
